Asked by:
URL for Partner Demo Instance

Question
-
Hi -
We are a Microsoft Partner with a production instance of CRM online for internal use. I signed up for a demo instance and received a welcome message. However, there was no URL for the new instance in the message, and whenever I login through the portal, I am directed to our production instance.
How can I login to the demo instance?
The text of the welcome message is pasted in below.
Thanks,
david

From the mail though it appears the link to your organization would be https://primescape.crm.dynamics.com
Also visiting portal using https://portal.microsoftonline.com/admin/default.aspx, and loggin in using the credentials of one the administrator user listed above should let you connect and manage your organization.

Hi Sam -
The first URL you suggested takes us to our production instance. When I go to the admin interface, it shows we have two instances, but it does not provide any information on the URLs:
SUBSCRIPTION QUANTITY TERM END DATE Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online internal use rights (IUR) benefit for MPN members (100 seats)

Any other ideas?
Thanks,
david

Hi Sam, David
Was this resolved? I have exactly the same issue.
I can confirm the details provided in my welcome email match the details in Production instance. Visiting the Online Portal only displays one organisation.
Also, I have asked a new question for this
