    No, the spring update is not yet available for download.

    Guido is right. This is available at the moment only for Online customers. For On-Premise it would be few more months before it is available.

    The spring release is for Online only and will not be released for On-premise. The next update for On-premise is expected to be at the end of the year which will probably be at the same time as the Fall release for Online.
