It USED to be, in earlier versions of VISUAL STUDIO, that if one were to edit a CHILD PAGE in the designer--the MASTER PAGE controls were inaccessible, meaning that they are NOT able to be edited.
Enter VS2019, while testing a menu, I noticed that some of the MASTER PAGE's controls were a little different than its CHILD PAGE's corresponding controls.
I corrected it by going into the CHILD PAGE, and tweaking the controls a bit. But wait--these controls are defined in the MASTER PAGE. How the heck am I editing them on the CHILD's PAGE?!?
Was this an intentional upgrade to VISUAL STUDIO?
