WHS 2011 will not back up my new system RRS feed

    I have been unable to get my WHS 2011 to back up my new system I have tried CHKDSK and many other suggestion but none will work.

    Is it a UEFI based W8 system - if so, you will need the UEFI Hotfix:

    Phil,

    I do not know if my system is UEFI or not I do know that it is W7 64 bit I was able to a 2 complete back the other day and know I am back to it not completing. I get the standard error message of an unknown error has prevented WHS from completing and I just started getting the error message that this disk failed to start.
