    I noticed today when I was look at my local accounts, I saw a new username called OCprinter.  Does anyone else see this?  This is not on the network but on the local machine.  Running Vista 32bit Ultimate.

    Yes, that's created by OneCare to facilitate printer sharing on Vista in 2.0.
