For one user, SharePoint Document list view not shown as a list view but an iframe browser view in CRM online 2011 Outlook client? RRS feed

    For one user, when she tried to go to Documents of an entity, she did not see associated documents in a list view but in an inframe browser.

    All other users are fine. All these users have security role: System Administrator. This is a bad configuration. The only user does not have the System Administrator but a custom security role.

    I just assigned prvReadSharePointSite permission to the custom security role so she can click the Documents link without errors.

    Any other permission related to this? I really do not want to assign System Administrator to everyone.

    Hi Guangming,

    Does the user has the correct permissions in Sharepoint? cna the user navigate directly to sharepoint and open the CRM document libraries?

    the user does. I can browse to the site/the lib/the folder directly through IE.

    Is there any configuration in the CRM Outlook client related to iFrame or so to show a web page?

    Seems to me this user's client does not render that in a list view.
