I have a problem converting the trial office. For example if I open microsoft word, then I click the word options, then activate, then a box pop up says do you want to validate now, and when I press validate, theres nothing happening after that. I can wait for hours and still nothing is happening, do you guys have any solution for this? And this is the genuine report. Thank you,
