  • my union local bought a multi user copy of office so we could all use it.  Why am I being told that it is not genuine?  My local is in florida and I am in North Carolina, would that be an issue.  I do not understand.

    The Office Key you are using is one that was owned by MS itself, for its own internal use, until someone stole the key and released it to the internet - the Key was then blocked.
    You have been sold a counterfeit copy of Office - pursue the vendor for a refund.....
