Flashing Cursor with Windows 10 RRS feed

    Ever since I upgraded from Windows 8 to windows 10 I have experienced 2 problems. First, the circle that appears when booting up or loading something continuously circles and flashes as if the boot up is not complete. It just kept circling and circling. Now, today when I turned on my computer, it is back to the hour glass of way back to XP, which I never had on this computer. But even so, it just keeps flashing constantly.

    Second problem is that when I right click to open the menu it disappears instantly before I can cut, copy, paste, etc. 

    I have booted and rebooted dozens of times.  Nothing seems to work. Help!!!!

    I'm having the same problem.  To get rid of it I go into the task manager and reset the Windows Explorer.  Sometimes I have to do it a bunch of times first but it eventually works.
