Outlook 2007 won't start, only in safe mode

Question
-
Window XP pro Version 2002 Service Pack 3
2. Does it read "OEM Software" or "OEM Product" in black lettering? (Where do I see this?)5. Please also provide a short description of the issue you are experiencing.
When I open Outlook 2007 it stops and gives me a popup that states:
Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If I display the error, this is the detail
AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 12.0.6316.5000 AppStamp:4833a470
ModName: mso.dll ModVer: 12.0.6320.5000 ModStamp:485ae817
fDebug: 0 Offset: 0003a8d2
If I then say don't send the error it will re-start outlook a couple of times and then ask to start in safe-mode which works. This is really frustrating, so any help would be appreciated

Try reinstalling it. If it still doesn't work, perform a full virus and spyware check.
