help reinstalling onecare live it will not let me reinstall it

  I got an error saying my windows live onecare needed atten. to got to the website and when i did i took me to help and suuport dont know what it needed?  but now it dont work i tried all the steps it gives me for troubleshooting then i also uninstalled it and now i cant reistall it. it keeps giving me any error and i cant get it back on my computer did i waste my monoy on these or what i have beeb trin for 2 weeks now can someone help me or give me a phone number to call for help!!!!!!!!!!!
