Hi,
I have deactivated a duplicate record because both records have the same email address. I have a Queue which emails are sent to and I notice that the email has come in to the queue but the
inactive contact record is showing in the 'From' field.Why is this??
This causes a problem as i have set up my system so that when a record is deactivated the Bulk Email and Email fields are set to 'Do not allow'.
Any suggestions appreciated.
