serviceappointment.js, line 1 character 4666 - "unable to get property 'SetParameter' of undefined" since update rollup 12

Hello,

Since we installed rollup 12 on CRM 2011 on premise when a user selects a service on a service activity we get an error pop up:

Using the developer tools (F12) I have tracked this down to the following line:

_oServiceRetrieveCommand.SetParameter("id",aoItems[0].id);

which is in https://*****/_static/activities/serviceappointment/serviceappointment.js?ver=-858061816 line 1 character 4666

can anyone advise? As this isn't a custom library I'm not sure how to proceed.

Solution:
1. Open Custom Form (Service activity)
2. Form Properties
3. Put the following line in your JS file and save it
function serviceid_onchange_handler(eventObj,eventArgs) { return false; }
4. Save changes
5. Publish and all done

I know this is very old string...but above solution is just suppressing the functionality..but how to correct this issue.

Its strange that it works fine for one organization and not for other organization...even though all custom code is removed.

Any suggestions would be very helpful.
