  Yes, there are three exams out already, but no official details as to how these dovetail together to form the certification path for Microsoft Certified IT Pro (MCITP). More information about the exams that are out, plus the ones that we know are coming (like Extending CRM 2011), as well as some educated guesses about the other electives that will be required for MCITP can be found here:

  Yes, there are certifications for CRM 2011.. The Exams being MB2- 866, MB2-867 and MB2 - 868. You can check the same at Microsoft Dynamics website i.e.
