How do I file a FORMAL complaint against a Microsoft Answer Desk staff member

  • Please review the screen shots of a conversation I had with a Microsoft employee.  While I was in the wrong for being agitated and extremely disgruntled, she was wrong for failing to transfer me to her supervisor.  Not to mention, the lack of basic grammar, the inability to respond with clear and concise understanding, and she didn't even attempt to calm down a aggravated customer.  Instead, she blew me off and terminated the chat session.  How do I file a formal complaint against this staff member?  I am extremely unhappy with the way this was handled (both by myself and this staff member).

    However, at this time, microsoft (yet again, why am I NOT surprised) will not permit me to upload the screen shots of the conversation.

    first of all this forum covers Microsoft Trainings and Certifications only. So your concern is off topic here.

    I have no idea, what kind of help session you had, so I don't know any forum where it might be on topic. If you could give more details then we might point you to a forum or maybe even some contact address where you could send your complaint.

    Regarding uploading of images: Feel free to upload the image to onedrive (or any other point where you can share it) and provide the link to that. The isse why you couldn't upload an image here is simply, that your account is not verified. The account is verified by the system (afaik) when you post a helpful post or if a reply was marked as an answer. The other option is to ask for verification inside the "Forums Issues" forum - the current thread is "Verify Your Account 35" where you could reply with your verification request.

    I expect that a moderator might move your thread to the "Where is the Forum for ..." forum soon. But I hope I was able to clarify a few points even that I was unable to help you with a contact address.
