Visual Studio 2010 is missing the Fixedsys font ... which has been part of Visual Studio for a couple of decades. How can Fixedsys be installed on Visual Studio?

Thanks.
It's unfortunate Fixedsys has been removed as an option. There are many who find it superior to the other fonts.
The comments that it can't be done because it is a raster font makes no sense. With today's technology, creating a Fixedsys font that is compatible should be very doable.
