Outlook 2007 and Oultook 2010 / CRM 2011 on premise RRS feed

  • CRM 2011 onpremise installation

    CRM for Outlook 2011.  When a user Clicks on File Options the Set-Personal Options dialog box does not appear.

    Can anyone assist as to why this happens?

    If you are accessing crm 2011 through webclient then you access options as: 

    However, In outlook client, Option lies in CRM menu like this:

    Let me know if this was what you were looking for

    The issue is within Outlook 2007 of which I have the CRM for Outlook add in installed and configured.   When I try to drop down CRM and select Options     nothing happens so I cannot get to Set Personal options
