    WGA and recent lawsuits

  • I think the lawsuit has ground. How come that Microsoft needs to know my cpu and brand of cpu / computer brand ? Serial Nr on the harddrive ? For coming up with unique keys for identification and verification ? Microsoft has no right to collect this information from my workstations or servers.

When microsoft does this, a lawsuit is all in place and i will support it.
