    i have been locked out of my hotmail account, i forgot my password and when i tried to reset it the security question was wrong, at least i was told it was wrong, my hotmail account was hacked once before about a year ago and microsoft helped me get back into it, now they are telling me its not my account, i have contacts in the account and have no other way of contacting them, some of them family until i can get into the account as i don't know their emails by heart, but the questionair only asks questions that you can answer if you can access the account, i have lost contact now with family and i also have lots of photographs stored in my hotmail the i don't want to lose please help. im logged into here with my daughters hotmail account details.
