CRM211: Outlook Email slow to open if there are too many recipients

Question

Hello,
I have an issue with slow performance on Outlook emails (tracked in CRM) which have too many recipients.
It seems that when openning the outlook emails, it tries to resolve all recipients and this causes a hang until everything has been loaded.
There is a little bottom section contains CRM information (regarding, related records...) in the email message. Can this be turned off? Is there any registry change to stop CRM resolving the recipients/related records?CRM2011 Rollup 11 Critical Update

Can you update to rollup 16? It looks like they have a fix for your issue. Use the link below and look for the following text.
- When you select an email that is tracked in CRM, and you have the reading pane viewable for emails, Outlook may hang or become unresponsive. Once Outlook returns controls and becomes responsive you notice that the Track in CRM form region for the tracked in CRM email contains a large number of parties on the TO, CC, or BCC.

Try using Cached Exchange Mode in Outlook. This will cache a copy of the activity locally on the workstation so that the Outlook client doesn't need to make checks over the network when tracking e-mail.
The Cached Exchange mode is located in the Mail Account settings of Outlook.

Rollup 16 did fix the issue. My only concern is that we're running Rollup 11 CU on the server. But anyway, it resolved the hang in Outlook.
Thanks.
