When a case is created from outlook not all users can view attachments. Users can go to closed activities, select original email, select attachments (or scroll to attachments). All users can see the attachments tab but not all users can see the
attached document. One user has logged into 3 different pcs, he can view attachments on 2 out of the 3 pcs. Can anyone advise what could possibly be causing this issue. We have a variety of IE 8 and IE9. We checked the java versions
but don't know what else to check.
Any help would be appreciated.
