MSDN blogs RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I am reading an MSDN blog by a particular author I often want to see other blogs by the same author. However, if I click on the name, it brings me to the user's activity. I would prefer it will bring me a list of all blogs written by that blog's author.

  • This belongs in the Profile forum.

The Profile team decided they wanted consistency across the apps.

These lists are available in the app itself, depending on how the app handles it. For Blogs, the authors only can access such lists. For Forums and Gallery, it's easier to get those lists. For Wiki, you'd have to use tags. Blog authors can also use tags to bucketize their authored blogs for others to browse (but that's mostly limited to each specific blog... only useful if it's a blog with many authors).

The best solution would be for the other apps (Blogs, Wiki) to add the feature that Gallery and Forums have (list of person's content).
