  • In my company, leads are assigned multiple times(pass through multiple owners) before they finally land up with the right person.

    We use MS CRM 4.0

    Does CRM maintain a history of the lead ie. a history of which sales persons the lead passed through before it reached the current owner??

    If it maintains this history; how do I access it>?

    There is not out of box solution for your issue.

    The easiest way to solve this is to make a workflow wich will create a note with owner every time it's changed.

    Thanks for your answer.

    My basic problem is that I want to filter my leads based on the previous owner (the owner before the current one)... is there any way to go about doing that?

    Even if I create a workflow and maintain notes I don't think that would help the filtering process would it?

    Kinda new to CRM so apologies if the questions sound kinda basic :)
