I have installed the Add-In for Desktop PCs for Outlook 2007. It works great. Only problem is, if I send a mail (any mail, regardless if I connect it to CRM) the Mail is sent but not moved into the Folder "Sent Mail". I cannot see if the Mail was successfully sent because of that anymore.
If I disable the CRM Add-In everything works fine again, but I guess I cannot enable CRM to connect a mail to a customer everytime I get a mail and then disable it again to answer.
