How to deal with deleted or duplicate Active Directory in CRM, not being able to Delete CRM User Accounts

Hello All,
So this scenario has arisen twice in our Org, in AD we delete user accounts after 2 weeks of being terminated.
For example, John Doe (jdoe) leaves the company and has a CRM user account, I disable his account and our system admins delete his ad accounts. Later, Jane Doe (jdoe)starts, she has an AD account and CRM Account created.
So, now i have an active and deactive jdoe account.. When Jane goes to log in she gets an account disabled message. I then have to go and reassign the deactive jdoe account to a user who will never use the CRM system.
What is a better way to handle this situation? Is it a bug? Use unique AD accounts?

Hello,
That is not a bug. Try to create unique user names in AD. Then, you never encounter this situation.

Alternative that will avoid the clash:
before disabling John Doe account, create a dummy AD account which is unique eg "Ex-JohnDoe". Switch his CRM account to use this AD user account, then disable it. Now delete the dummy AD user as well as John's real one.
