Recognition points have not updated

  Hi there,

  I know this has been asked many times in the past and I did search in the forum for an answer. However, some of the suggestions were to wait for 24 hours before the points are updated but it's now well over 24 hours and my recognition points still do not reflect the points for my two responses that were marked as answers by the askers. My score remains unchanged.

  Also, they do not show up in my activity too (eg: quickly answered the question...)
