ATDMT tracking cookie

  atdmt.com tracking cookie keeps appearing on my scans.  After deleting it will reappear after spending some time on the internet sites. I've disabled third party brousers and overided cookie handling on the privercy settings to block third party cookies and accept first party only. Settings are set to delete cookies and brousing history,  But i would be happier if I knew where i was picking it up and is it harmful as there seems to be some deabte on the web.
