  • I have been trying for an hour to contact a support person.  I bought a subscription to Live One in June (the payment was made through my checking account!!) and it keeps telling me that I don't have a subscription and I need to buy one!!!

    Please Help!!

  • Go to billing - https://billing.microsoft.com/home.aspx sign in with the Live ID and password associated with your account and verify your subscription status. If your subscription status is current most likely you haven't activated One Care on your computer. to activate, open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when prompted to enter a Live ID, enter the Live ID and password associated with your One Care subscription. Your subscription status should be recognized and One Care will activate.
