Error in Import RRS feed

  • Hello,

        I got a problem in import some appointments. I got the error - "A duplicate reference was found" in the Regarding Column. I checked if the Account in this column is duplicated.. It is not. I copy the name of the account again ( I thought that I did a mistake in the name ), but it was correct. So my problem is why is this error still shown?

    I want to explain the environment :

       1. I got a real database with crm on one machine. 

       2. On the same machine I got a VM with a test database and crm.

       3. The data in the 2 databases is identical, also the customizations in them. The only difference is that the one is *.*.*.10 and the other is *.*.*.9.

       4. I import one file in the test and in the real crm. The file imports fine in the real, but in the test crm I got the "A duplicate lookup reference was found". The accounts are not duplicated, I double checked the whole database. 

        Is there a problem with the import in VM for example? I am out of ideas... Could anyone help me, please!

  • Try seting the appointment to a different Account and see if it imports.
