    The blogs and help resources are becoming more and more scarcer by the day.

    Thanks for the "bump".

    I think this would be good for potential customers, especially those who use more expensive products such as windows live onecare or billed services via messenger.

    P.S. Why isn't the "online services" portal of Technet in Microsoft Forums?
