OEM SLP copies of Windows like yours need to link with the SLIC table in the BIOS in order to remain activated. Your copy is not seeing the SLIC table.
BIOS valid for OA 2.0: yes, but no SLIC table
The manufacturer has provided a back up product key for when this fails. Find the COA sticker affixed to the bottom of your computer or in the battery compartment. Copy the product key. Click Start, type "slui.exe 3" and hit Enter. Follow the instructions.

Please post a new copy of your MGADiag report - this will allow us to check that your problem is truly fixed, rather than just hidden.

That is not an error, when the COA Key is in use - only when the OEM_SLP Key is in use :)Your installation looks fine now - to confirm it, validate at www.microsoft.com/genuine/validateWhen it passes, you'll be offered IE9 and MSE - you are not obliged to take them.
