Hi,
Windows Live ID continues to be a supported identity provider for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. However, Windows Live ID is not supported for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online when provisioned through Microsoft Office 365. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online customers
that are not subscribed through Office 365 can access Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online through Windows Live ID.
Through integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online customers subscribed to Office 365 have single sign-on, also called identity federation, access to any Office 365 supported application,
such as Microsoft Exchange Online. Similarly, when provisioned, Office 365 customers have access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
The Microsoft Office 365 portal provides a single sign-on experience for Office 365 customers where they can sign in once and access any Office 365 application, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. In addition, system user accounts in Microsoft Dynamics
CRM Online can be provisioned in the Microsoft Online Services admin portal.
My advise would be to go though some documents. Since you have both the accounts setup, you should be able to start using the 365 ID after integrating it with CRM online.
