Is there some limit to the number of Quick View Forms on a related record form? RRS feed

  • I've put an Account card and a Contact card on the Opportunity form.  The Account card is "live" -- I can click the link under the account name to open it and edit the other fields on the card.  The Contact card is "dead" -- all I can do is select the text for each field, no link, no editing.

    I've closely examined the two Quick View Forms and the two controls on the Opportunity form and can't see any difference in the settings.

    Does anyone have a checklist I can go through to make sure a card comes up "live"?
