Signed up for subscription, but it will not accept it RRS feed

  • Question

  • I signed up for a one year subscription at $29.XX with a CC.  The last page confirmed the purchase and said to activate it via the "Subscription" button.  When I enter my username and password, it tells me that there is no subscription available under that username.  How do I know if the fee has already been charged (which I assumed when it confirmed the purchase) and how do I activate the subscritption if it has indeed been already charged?  username is bcole108@live.com.

I'm inclined to retry the purchase of the sub, but afraid I will be charged for multiple scrips.  hEP mE.

You can verify by signing-in through https://billing.microsoft.com if that Live ID have your active subscription. If it does not have your active subscription, you can try signing-in using your other email address that you might activated the subscription with.

If you are sure that you have activated your subscription but unsure to which email address you might have associated it with. Feel free to contact support, they can help you to retrieve your subscription information using your personal informations.

  • I am having a similar problem i think. this is what i do and have done.

    - i installed my one care
    - i registered my key code to my email
    - i have checked that it has accepted in billing

now what i have tried to do

    i click subscribe.
i then enter my password for the same email address.
    it then tells me
-- Associate this PC with a subscription

It looks like the live ID you entered is not yet associated with a OneCare subscription. To subscribe now or to enter your product key, click 'Next'.

    i click next
i then choose English (United States) / $ US Dollar
i then choose go under activate a token
it then gives me the error No available plans error 3010

Any help would be great thx.. and if there is a # i could call for more help that would be great.
