  • Dear CRM FRIENDS!!

    Lately I applied Rollup1 for our CRM 3.0 and it is saying Authentication Error and neither the Admon nor the user coul d go into that. Although, everything from the Deplyment Manager work ok and there are no signs of error in the Event Viewer aswell. Would apprciate some urgent suggestions

  • And the SQL backups are where?

     

    I never had this happen to me so there must be a "Outside of CRM" answer here.

     

    What account installed the rollup?

    I try to keep the "installation account" the same for the life of the install.

     

    I had a problem with this in the past with an upgrade so that could be affecting you.
