Missing '.licenses' file RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am getting a strange error:

    4>CSC : error CS1566: Error reading resource 'NipbEditor.exe.licenses' -- 'Could not find file '<path>\Editor\obj\Debug\NipbEditor.exe.licenses'.'

When I compile at the command line, I don't get this error.  But, when I compile from Visual Studio IDE, then I do get the above error.  My Visual Studio Enterprise 2015 installation has been registered.  My solution and projects don't manually run 'LC.EXE', but I also shouldn't need to explicitly need to either.
