Mobile phone outlook can't log in RRS feed

  • The email server is exchange2013. Recently, I found that outlook on apple and android phones could not be logged in, but those logged in before could still be used normally.The outlook on the computer and owa can log in.The iphone's default email software can log in.Only mobile phone outlook can't log in.

    Prompt "The service is currently unavailable. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer service. (503)."

  • Other clients send and receive email normally, such as Outlook on my computer.
    I can't log in again after logging out.

  • Outlook3.0.80 for android is available, but 4.1.70 is not.

    According to your description, it seems that your issue is more related to your mobile phone outlook, it is suggested to try to completely uninstall your Outlook app in your mobile phone and reinstall it to see if you can normally log in to your account.
