Installation Error 0002-80004005

Hi,

I am getting following error when trying to install OC on Vista (Dell Studio 15 laptop).

"An unknown error prevented windows live oneCare Installation from continuing. Please restart your computer and try again. If the problem still occurs, contact support."

Error ID: 0002-80004005

I have tried restarting windows.

When I tried contacting support they asked me the product ID, which I should be able to find in help. But how can i go to OneCare help if i am not able to install it in the first place?

Please help!!!

I have tried everything on

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/910656

Nothing works...

Microsoft XML Parser 3.0 Service Pack 5 does not seem to be working with Vista, so that installation failed.

I have tried all the rest options but none of them seem to be working.
