WHS - remote control of connected systems

  I have windows home server installed on a p4 system here to test it out and play with it but i would like to know if i am able through the WHS console to remotely control a PC?
  
  for instance. to push software out to it.
  to power it up and down
  to lock a user out ( when its past there bed time)
  
  if this does exist then please let me know. im going through all of this and going through home server. if not then i shal move to the suggestion box.
