Hotmail in Entourage

  Hotmail Plus users accessing their email inbox and other locally created folders in Entourage can no longer use this functionality.  Microsoft have, to my knowledge, not informed me prior to this change taking place.

  
  

  Can Microsoft explain:

  1) Why my hotmail plus account now no longer works on mac entourage as it did previously to 01 Sept 09?

  2) Why was I charged the hotmail plus fee in July 2009 when the functionality to receive ALL email and  ALL folders in entourage is now defunct?

  3) When can I expect a full refund for hotmail plus fee (july 2009 - 2010) as I now no longer have the functionality that I paid for? ( I now have the same functionality as a standard hotmail user.)
