    I apparently got a trojan a couple of days ago, I used Microsoft Security Essentials to remove the trojan but now I get Win32 errors, Security Essentials won't open and updates won't install. I searched Microsoft and installed FixIt, but it doesn't have troubleshooters that appear to be able to help me find and fix the problem. Please help if you can with suggestions or where do I go for help.

    I am sorry but currenlty we don't have troubleshooters to remove the trojans. Please try reposting your question to Microsoft Answers forum http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx for any further help.
