learning manager not updating completed courses in available training ? RRS feed

    I am using ie9 on windows 7 64 bit ultimate. on the my learning available training page, the not started (courses not started) list has not update the courses that are 100% complete, even after printing certificate for said course.

    computer is intel DX38BT extreme motherboard with intel E8400 core2 duo processor. motherboard bios is latest version at time of this post.

    1.      PUID o Go to the following site: https://account.live.com/SummaryPage.aspx

    a.      Sign-in to Windows Live.

    b.      Click Settings (left navigation bar)

    c.       In the center of the page under Your Information there is a section called Credentials. Unique ID: [16 digit HexPUID]

    2.      Email address that you are using to log into the Learning Manager.

    3.      URL where the problem/issue exists

    4.      Detailed description of what the problem/issue is that you are experiencing

    5.      Detailed reproduction steps of what you did in order to get the problem/problem. If there is an error message, please obtain a copy of the error message.

    6.      Course number if there is a problem with a specific course

    While some of the above information may not seem applicable to your issue, it is important that we get as detailed information as possible in order to best resolve your issue.
