Web Conferencing with Web Client

  Is Web Conferencing possible with a Web Client?  For example MS uses Live Meeting and has a Web based client option you can use to do Web Conferencing.  I know this can be done using the Live Meeting Console (obviously) but is it doable via a browser?  CWA seems to only support IM capability.
