Mobile app not displaying data on ipad RRS feed

  • I have installed the MS dynamics mobile app from the app store on an ipad. I have managed to log in to the app but no data is displayed. I see the app, but the dashboard is missing as well as the drop down menu from the upper left. The bottom pull up menu is there but it is missing the new record button.

    As an administrator on our CRM, I have enable the entities for mobile and have enabled the mobile for tablets permissions in the user permissions. 

    I have installed the app on my ipad with little problem. I am trying to figure out what I have missed to enable mobile for my users.

    Any suggestions would be great.
