I think you have solved my problem..I have Windows ME on this computer and I don't see it on the System requirements. An example of a dumb purchase for a kids computer. Thank you very much...

Sorry that the solution turned out that you can't install to that PC. If the retailer won't take it back, you can pursue a retail refund here:
