Please use System Restore to recover to a date prior to when the message first appeared. Then post another MGADiag report. If you don't have a restore point prior to the error, click Start, type 'cmd' in the Search/Run box, and right click on the CMD icon at the top of the results pane. Select Run as Administrator. When the cmd window opens type 'sfc /scannow' at the prompt and hit Enter. When the scan completes close the cmd window. Also, check to see if the Software Protection service is running. It needs to be set to Automatic (Delayed Start). Click Start, type "services.msc" and hit enter.

I do not have a restore point before the message started appearing so I tried to run the scannow as admin and got the following:
Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]
Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow
Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.
Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.C:\Windows\system32>
Confirmed that Software Protection is running and is set to Automatic (Delayed Start).
