Microsoft bug bounty reward

Question
-
Hi,
I've heard that Microsoft offers a reward for bugs on Windows 10.
I found an interesting bug, but it doesn't have any security implications on Windows, but it actually causes a commercial Antivirus to not function properly.
My question is, should I apply to the Microsoft bug bounty reward ?
If so, how is the payment processed ? by paypal, check ?
If my windows bug is eligible for a reward, then Microsoft would be supporting a greater cause, which is my antivirus: http://centerofmalwarecontrol.blogspot.com/

Thanks in advance!

I'd also ask the AV vendor, it is their responsibility to test / certify.
