off topic: Chaning Time Zone in Hotmail

  Dear Sir/Madam:
  

  I am wondeirng how you change the time zone in hotmail.

   

  It looks like it is set to UTC (London?) Time.

   

  I am in the Eastern Time Zone and would want to change the time so it reflects this.

   

  It is very odd right now.
