I have the requirement to provide SSO for a web application we are hosting through a portal. The portal itself is AD integrated and runs in IIS. A new application is being added to the portal. This application runs on Linux/Apache and is
not integrated with Active Directory.
I've been looking for a single sign-on solution and saw that ISA supports SSO. I am a network guy, not a web developer. I am somewhat familiar with AD. Please help me understand
1) Will ISA pass credentials to a third party not AD integrated web application?
2) If the answer to 1 is yes, what is necessary to make it work.
Details would be nice but a high level explanation is fine. Right now I'm just trying to find out if this is a dead end.
Thanks in advance,
Chris
