    Hi,

    When i send shortcut  the outlook(outlook 2013) didn't pup up for send e-mail but hotmail page appear instead. How to fix it out. Thanks in advance

    Do you mean it open a new internet explorer window that took you to hotmail? could you give more details.

    Yes. after click send shotcut on CRM the IE pup up the new windows which show hotmail account. Actually, i expected to Outlook pup up not hotmail.
